Got to AK at 8:45. They opened the gates at 8:50 only to have us stop at a rope farther in. At 9 we headed along with everyone else to Safari. Saw a lot of animals of course. Next it was Tough to be a Bug show. Walked right into that didn't even spot in the lobby to wait. The next item was the Wonders of Flight bird show but before that we picked up a fast pass for another Safari ride. We stopped after the bird show for coffee at Tusker House (actually at the bakery) it was about 10:30. We sat behind Tucker house next to the wall. While there we kept hearing dishes being rattled and an occasional dish being broken. Decided it was coming from a building back there and was part of the "atmosphere." There were too many dishes being dropped for it to be real. After our second safari we walked both the trails. Didn't care to go on Kali River Rapids but it certainly was warm enough. And no lines anywhere, maybe a 10-15 minute wait for safari but that was it. We walked through dinoland because I wanted to see the new section and then left for Epcot.
First thing at Epcot was Ice Station Cool. Burt tried the Beverly and thought it was the foulest stuff ever. Then we went to Akershus for a 3pm lunch. We picked up a fast pass for TT, stand by line was 25 minutes. We then went to innoventions, looked around and sent postcards. Went back for our time with TT. Went to the land pavilion and got a fast pass for "living with the land." The fast pass was only 35 minutes away so we found a seat and waited over by the "food rocks" show. The CM there was talking to us and asked us if we had been on the behind the seeds tour. He said that the first 2 people that sign up for that tour each day get it free.
We headed over to World Showcase after the Land to find a good seat for illuminations. While we waited we had a pastry & coffee from France. It was a great spot right at the tables near the wine stand but would have been better if the wind had blown a different direction.

I rode Kali during my visit late Nov - I shouldn't have - it was warm enough but got so soaked that I dripped for hours. You had a nice Disney day. Thanks for psosting!
