day 2-No Parking

We finally get into Orlando around 11:00, we stop by the Disney Official Visitors Center of I-75 to ask for information, directions, and restroom break, we'd gotten a little lost, I was navigating and wasn't about to tell DH that. With the correct directions, by the way mapquest has on more than one occasion screwed me up,we decide to go check in to the hotel, I requested early checkin. We had reservations at the Adams Mark hotel Adams Mark is attached to the Florida Mall so we decide we'll just grab lunch there. After everyone has lunch we all take a much needed nap, even the kids. We wake up around 6pm and I take my 6 year old son over to the Orange County Convention Center to weigh him in for the Taekwondo National Jr. Olympics since this is why we came to Orlando in the first place. I drive down to International Drive,"o my gosh" I've never experienced anything like it before. But before too long I hate it, I come from Texas free parking everywhere, here you walk everywhere or you pay an arm and a leg to park, so I call my DH "get ready I come get you and you could drop us off, it's a mess down here." Needless to say we finally get my son weighed in about three hours later that's how long the lines were, there were lots of kids. I finally got back to hotel and had dinner and decided to have dinner and go swimming. We were still too exhausted from the drive.

Hey, great report. Looking to hear how he did at Nationals. The TKD in my name stands for Tae Kwon Do. We had 3 kids down there. Came home with a second in forms.
