Day 1 - Animal Kingdom & Club Villain - Advice?

DH and I are doing our first adult trip to Disneyworld for our much-belated honeymoon! Our first day at WDW, 10/29, will be spent at Animal Kingdom. We also have 8:30pm Club Villain tickets over in Hollywood. We're trying to decide how to plan our meals.

Currently I have a reservation at 2pm for Tiffins-- sort of our breezy/flexible, just-wander-around-the-park option.

On the other hand, I also have a reservation for a Fantasmic package with a 3:20pm "dinner"(/late lunch) at Hollywood & Vine, which would push us away from AK earlier. This also means a 7:30pm Fantasmic and then heading straight to CV, so it's a bit tighter as a schedule and uses an extra meal credit.

How long do you think we should hold out to see what happens with the Jungle Book/Rivers of Light shows? If RoL launches I'd rather do Tiffins and see that-- but it could launch and overlap or be too close to our Club Villain reservation...and if we wait too long we may have a harder time switching stuff around.

Any thoughts/advice would be much appreciated!

If you have evening plans in HS, I wouldn't expect to do any evening plans in AK. I don't know the timing of the shows but I doubt you can comfortably do RoL (if it is even ready by then) and then get to Club Villain. But I do think you could fit in a 7:30 Fantasmic before your Club Villain appt.
