I hadn't heard about the vinylmations either until I saw them on the boards, so do people just usually use them as guestbooks or are they like the pins and people collect them?

I'm using the 9" ones as a guestbook.
I collect the 3" ones. There's all kinds of different ones, I bought one and the madness started
You just trade them in different stores around disney. You can purchase a blind box from the series that you want, open it, and if you don't like it you can trade for another one from a box. You pick a number and whatever vinylmation is behind that number, that's the one you trade for. Also, there are usually about 3 open vinylmations in the stores and if you want one of those, you can trade for that one. So it's kinda like the pins, except you don't trade with CM I hope that made sense

Yeah I decided to just go with the park series, those were the ones I loved the most and if I bought all the series, it'd be way to expensive!
I know what you can do with the ones you don't want! Bring them on your honeymoon and trade them!! That's what I'm planning on doing with the ones I don't want
I was going to buy the carton of the park 5 and just sell the duplicates, but I don't know. Still trying to decide.
My all time favorite vinylmation is the little mermaid one I got. And when we got engaged we had to go get the tower of terror one
I love the Tinkerbell one! I hope I get it when I get my blind boxes in a few days! Should have them by Tuesday!!

Welll... I have an idea for park 5.. if you wanna get the carton.. we can split the price??

Yeah, right now I don't have any I really want to trade. I'm fine with them for right now..

Gah! I LOVE her. It'd be my favorite too! hehe. My Tink one is my favorite though. She's so prettyfull. Plus she's got crystals on her too!

So, yes we were planning on doing a DisneyMoon.. but I had been talking to a travel agent through emails the past couple of weeks and we've been throwing around all sorts of ideas for a honeymoon. I sit and await her emails patiently everyday.

The other day she sent me an incredible deal.. non-Disney .. but it was GORGEOUS. So I HAD to show it to DF. He loves it! So we have officially booked our honeymoon!

We know it's super early.. but we didn't want to loose the awesome rates and deals that they have going on right now.

So for our honeymoon we're going to...

St. Lucia in the Carribean​

OMG, I cannot wait! It's a Sandals resort so it's couples only! No little kiddies running around and all over hogging the pool! Here are some pictures of our room and the resort for your viewing pleasure!

I really can't wait. It's going to be gorgeous. Everything is included in our price also! We have NO need for cash. Unless we want to go to the spa or go on a tour. So awesome. We have all sorts of water activities, snorkeling included!, and all kinds of other stuffs. All liquor is included. And we get honeymoon surprises! I really can't wait!

Plus.. it gives me an excuse to purchase... this baby..

I'll get it without the train of course though!

I even mentioned to Dave, that we'll be flying past Florida so we can stop and visit the mouse for 3 days.. but.. he kinda dismissed that idea.

But his response was 'We're going there the year after for our vow renewal, so we should just wait on the Disney trip'.. He remembered! That's super exciting hehe. Even though, I never think there's such thing as TOO much Disney and an excuse to 'NOT' go to Disney just doesn't exist to me! haha.

So October 8, 2012 I leave for a Tropical oasis paradise with my HUBBY for 7 nights!

Yeah, it is beautiful. I can't wait! I've never left the country, so this will be a first! hehe. I don't mind some kids, but sometimes in Disney them lil whiney cranky brats that the parents won't let go to sleep just get on my nerves.

Aw, yeah the deals are AMAZING. But they're plenty of other stuff to do there. I'm just excited to lay around on the beach and just relax. Get a massage or two. Do the tours of the island and just enjoy each other's company!!

We're doing a Disney Vow Renewal the year after.. so he didn't want to do the honeymoon too.. But MAYBE I'll be able to get a 3 day MickeyMoon if I can!!

I stayed in Castries, but given the size of the island it's easy to see many areas of the island. I would recommend going on tours through your hotel and relaxing on the beach as much as possible! Some places worth visiting are Margot Bay, Pigeon Island and definitely the Pitons! Probably my favorite thing was visiting an area called Soufriere where there is a "drive-in" volcano and it is right by to the Pitons. Also, on certain nights the different towns have street parties or fish fries where there is awesome music and interesting food (I'm not the biggest seafood fan, so some of this was lost on me). I definitely liked the tropical drinks and they have some interesting beers called Pitons and they have some weird flavors like ginger! Ahh I want to go back! Ooo and I took a tour of the Heineken factory! And try to check out the black sand beaches! I didn't actually get to walk on them, but snorkeled by them off a boat. Ooo go snorkeling! I can't wait to hear all about your trip when you get back!!! Hope this helps and let me know if you need any more info - I'll try to remember! It's been a few years!
