David's Vacation Points Rental Review

I booked a reservation for someone today, but still haven't received payment. Is this normal? I was counting on the funds to book a cash reservation that's sold out points wise.

When I used them to rent my points a few weeks ago it took until the next day to see the payment in paypal and then a day or two to get the funds from paypal into my bank account.

Still nothing today. Just hit over 24 hours, and when I talked to David's they said they haven't received payment yet. I'm waiting on this to be able to book our cash night. :-(

Sounds like the renters are being slow in paying David's.

Interesting thread, because I'm currently looking into this now. If you have Feb use year, when should you list them?

I am surprised by this. I thought David's rental required money up front ?

Seems really strange. Have never heard of this being an issue before.
