dave fredrickson point manager help!!

HELP, I have been using this great points manager for what seems forever, but this year, I have been having issues downloading the points? I downloaded what says 2006-2007 points, when it unzips it says the same. But when I bring up the manager, is says I have points for 2004 and 2006???

Never heard of it....is it software for keeping track of your points?

You can now do that on line at disneyvacationclub.com

They have your entire history of point usage and future scheduled trips.

thanks - tell him I love that tracker, its perfect, I have been using it for atleast 2-3 years I think without a hitch, but this year when I downloaded the point info, it showed 06 and 07 being unzipped, but when I bring up the manager its showing 04 and 06??? Very odd, considering it was working great with 05 and 06?? So 05 points are gone??

Its a great program. the problem with the DVC website is its never very current, right now you can only check to see how many points a reservation takes through 12/31/06

I just downloaded it and the 2006 and 2007 points loaded.

You should also try Caskbill's DVC programs. The Chart program shows points for all resorts to the end of their contracts.

Clarabelle, I just tried it too and it is working fine for me. When you double clicked on the downloaded file, did you have it install in the same folder where your DVC Manager software is loaded? It defaults to c:\dvcmanager, unless you changed it.

Well I got it to work, bye deleting it from my desktop and retreiving it from Windows Exployer, but it still seems odd that now I have 2004, 2006 and 2007 points, just Disney World 2004 point charts??? Where did 2005 go?
