Daughter's birthday at Disneyland Paris

Hi everyone and thanks for your help on my previous questions.

We will be celebrating my daughter's 7th birthday at Paris in April (not her actual birthday but offically!!)

Does Disneyland Paris offer the birthday buttons available at WDW?

Any other tips to make her birthday special would be very very welcome.

Hi, I can't help with your question on buttons. As for making her birthday special - a birthday cake at Cafe Mickey is highly rated on these boards. Apparently it is cheaper to book the cake before you go.

No they dont do the birthday buttons but you can buy Happy Birthday pins

We celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday at the Newport Bay back in April 2006 and emailed the hotel before we left to see if they could put some balloons in our room.....which they did for free and a Disney pen which was a nice touch.

mmmm can't remember now as it was 3 years back-knowing me I probably just googled it but they did oblige me with my request.

We also did cafe mickey with the birthday cake for her as a surprise and it was the best experience ever - where else can you dance with Eyore on your birthday..!!!

I'm thinking of contacting the Hotel New York this time as it is her 7th birthday the week before we arrive there to see if they could so some balloons for her in the room.

The emails are not publically available. Have a look at The Very Useful Info sticky; under booking and contact, and you will find the telephone # and fax # for each hotel

I cannot remember for the life of my where we found the newport bay email address but anyway we will probably ring nearer the time to request some balloons also need to request that our two rooms are near to each other if possible.

To the OP, ring the hotel, this is what I did in March 06, at the time it was to see if there was anything I could purchase to be in the room for my son on arrival. There wasn't but they offered balloons free of charge,in fact DS also got a pen, autograph book and a card signed by the characters, it was actually his birthday on the day we arrived BTW.

If you really don't want to phone, then I would suggest you email DLP via the website with a request, this is where I have been given the email addresses for the hotels from.
