At MK yesterday afternoon, said park was crowded, though mostly with parents and younger children. Lines in Fantasyland were extremely long, lines pretty much everywhere else were short. At one point she said Splash Mountain wait was 5 minutes.

10:30 last night, they had a FP for 7 dwarfs. They got there 10 minutes early, they ask the cast member if they could go in early, he scanned their bracelets and she said he moved their FP up and let them in early. Not sure exactly what happened there.

Very likely, she was just joking about "moving the FP up."

I have friends there now. In their opinion it was pretty chilly last night. Probably why the line for Splash mountain was so short.
