DATW at DIS-a-Palooza! Friday, Dec 11th

So, other than Margaritta's in Mexico, what else is available?

Grey Goose Lemon Slush or Grand Marnier slush in France and champagne

Limoncello or Rosa Regale in Italy

Frozen tea stuff in China - don't like tea so I get beer

Candle tasting stuff in Morocco - didn't like those and will get an extra drink in France to make up for missing Morocco.

Germany has a slushie drink now that was good.

Beer and wine in every country.

Thanks Tonya, I may have to have a few extra in France and Mexico - I hate beer and not a huge wine fan, now if I can find a chocolate martini, I will be all set.

I recently saw Sangria on the menu posted online for Morocco.

Viking Coffee in Norway. Might be necessary in December.

Ooh, you just reminded of a drink in the German pavilion that they will only serve when it's somewhat chilly outside: Glühwein. "What the heck is glue wine?", you ask? It's a spiced, mulled red wine served warm. And it's really tasty!

I'm definitely getting some of that if it's cool outside when we do this!

Me, too!

I hope y'all appreciate me flying in December for you... :scared:

I went to MouseFest in December 2007. My home town was hit with an ice storm after I left for Orlando. I had to stay at WDW an extra day. Everybody say "Awwww" with me.

Hey Paul, if you'll have us, you can add Bill and I.

I'm still trying to make this trip work. We rebooked a 3 night for 11/5 during pcc 1.0. 2 good friends/neighbors are on this cruise. But now that the 9 yr old wants to play football, that might not be a good weekend so I'm going to suggest this as 'plan B'.

Barring that, I might get up the nerve to come down solo.

I asked my friend Catherine to do some signature art for me, and one of them I had to share with you. This is my favorite character from "Sleeping Beauty". I had to cut down the proportions to fit him into my signature, but here's the source picture:

Catherine's not going to this, but she does make great logos. I love the food and wine ones she also did for me.

Most excellent news, Tracy!:thumbsup2

This party is getting more fun by the day. It will be just the thing to help me with the unbearable wait until April for our DIS ABD trip.

This is shaping up to be one heck of a DATW!!!
