I see that the price at the Poly is going up on Oct 4th to $400 (round numbers for this example).

So, if the Sept rate is $350 and I book 7 days leaving on October 5th....do I get all 7 days at the Sept rate?

I heard that they set your bill rate based on the day you check in? All the rest of the days, don't change your orginal rate?

Is this true?

If this is true....it would be much better to check into the poly on the 3rd of Oct rather than the 4th of Oct. You'd save $50 a day over a 7 day trip.

Yes, that is correct. You pay the rate at check-in for your entire stay.

That's correct. We did have a problem with AAA one time though, that they did change our rate in the middle--not sure why. THis also applies if you check in at a more expensive time, you will continue the rate thoughout your stay unless you make a second reservation starting the day the rate goes down.
