Dated tickets purchased from AAA

We are AP holders but my son it not and we have a trip coming up that we need to cancel due to a medical emergency. I already bought his tickets through AAA and they say valid any 6 dates between 5/21-5/29. Does anyone know if its possible to change the date or are we out 600.00. Thanks

The tickets don't lose their value. You *should* be able to change the dates, however if it is to a more expensive time you will have to pay the difference. And if it's to a less expensive time, I do not believe they refund the difference. But you should not be out $600. Hope your emergency works out well for you and your family.

Keep a record of the ticket number(s) because they will disappear from your MDE account once they expire. Disney will be able to see them when you call to change the dates, but if you can give them the numbers they'll find them more quickly.

If you already know the new dates, I suggest changing the tickets now. If not, no problem, as PP says make note of the ticket number and value because it will disappear from your view in MDE but WDW can find it when you are ready to change.
