Date night ideas - MK area

I'm trying to figure out date night ideas - hope this is the right forum!

I'm thinking of getting an in-room babysitter for the evening, and there is a 4 hour minimum, so we're probably looking at 7:30-11:30 PM. I don't really want to start earlier because I'd rather have all the kids sleeping before the babysitter comes!

The plan is to go to MK, as it's open until 10 pm that night. We're staying at BLT, so it doesn't make sense to travel far for 2 hours. DH does not drink. (So bars at not an option.)

Any idea for what we can do? Thanks!!!

It depends on what you are into:
sports: mini-golf, bowling, ESPN Club
shopping: DTD
movies: DTD 24 screen theater some with meals served by waiters
resort tours: monorail tour of resorts, Boardwalk around the lake tour of resorts, horse drawn tour of FWC, AKL/AKV
eating: Formal GF 5* Chef's Table @ V&As

Boardwalk area is a nice place for adults- Atlantic Dance Hall or Jellyrolls maybe? My hubs and I like to do World Showcase alone- so many fun spots to get a drink and shop or whatever.... watching Illuminations....then exit out the back of Epcot toward Boardwalk area (we usually park over that way). Have a great time whatever you decide to do!

I'm looking specifically for ideas in the MK area, after 10 PM. Epcot will be closed then, and I don't think it makes sense to travel to DTD for an hour, considering we'll be leaving MK and staying at BLT.
