DAS & Magic Bands

Hi Everyone! It has been awhile since we visited Disney. On our last visit, Magic Bands were still in their infancy. Our family has two individuals with two very different disabilities. On our last visit, the computer system could only scan one minor child and could not recognize two. We usually split up in the park when one becomes too tired, cannot handle the heat or needs to take medication. Can the system recognize two guests that need accommodations? If not, what do you do?

Yes you can get two DAS passes in the same group if there are two people that have a need for a DAS

Just to be clear. You can load two DASes on to one magic band, however; you can only hold one DAS return time at a time. So, in terms of scanning (to get the return time), it will only recognize one at a time.

Correct - we do this.

As others posted, members of your party can be linked to more than one DAS, but each person can only have one active DAS Return Time.
Also, the people DAS was issued to can only be listed on their own DAS.
