Today is 30 days until our trip. We have had DAS pretty much every trip the last 3 years..and given recent reported experiences were expecting a battle...but wasn't going to fight one..explain the facts...adhd kids with anxiety who have historically run off of lines...forcing their parents to chase them out of queues...we have always been accepted for DAS. It is a great service.
So we just logged in and accepted the "don't sue us" agreement..and after about a.half hour wait..had a zoom chat with...an amazing and patient cast member..who asked us a history of our children in queues..or in lunch lines...or their classrooms. Both were provided DAS for our upcoming trip so 2 separate interviews were conducted..
I am grateful for this service and pray
disney figures out a way to be more inclusive with other disabilities . my experience seems to be an outlier....and I hope that changes.
