darn you, stupid eyes

My eyes have gotten worse!

my last eye exam was in January and i went in today and they have nearly doubled!!!

My right eye used to have a contact precription of 1.00 now its a 1.75 and my left was a 1.25 now its a 2.00

And my glasses goodness were off so bad!

I went to a new eye doctor and he's like no wonder you've been having headaches...

Hah, it does get annoying. I'd do lasik in a heartbeat but I'm too afraid, I mean surgery on my eyes?! Would I be able to see the scalple and everything?

I want to make the switch to contacts soon, even though I got new glasses in March.

contacts aren't too bad...It was annyoing at first but now i don't even need a mirror to put them in...

Sad thing about my eyes getting worse is that he said at the rate i'm going there going to be terrible in my 20's...

my perscription is... idk. around the -2. I should know. I just changed my contacts this morning...
I've had glasses since 5th grade. now in 12th. Got contacts in 9th grade. I love them.

Are you farsighted or nearsighted? If you're farsighted, I'd say you're really old already!

I'm nearsighted, but I can see a SALE sign a mile away.

I totally agree about the lasik thing, it just completely freaks me out right now. I've had surgery on my eyes before, but I don't think there was so much slicing, and lasers and I think it would be scarier now that I would know what they're doing. I'm +2 left and +2.5 right, but my vision has been getting better. The eye doctor says eventually I may not need contacts/glasses! But for now its whatever, as that won't be at least for another 10+ years probably.
Vision is kind of wierd when I think about it, because technically, I'm looking through some magnifying glasses that make things so much closer than regular and its wierd to think that it may seem farther away or closer to other people. I hope your vision gets better!
