DAP Dole Whip??

I have a confession to make...I've never had a Dole Whip...guess I better be there!

Me either! First time for everything.

I just feel that Bob should be part of DAP.

Fear not fellow DISers, for I had not had the glory known as a Dole Whip before my first DIS Meet. The are yummy in the tummy.

And a great way to remember our dear friend and show that he is still with us.

Weren't you somehow associated with an incident that rendered the Dole Whip machine non-functioning?

I'm going to have to figure out just how late I can leave for the airport. I really want to do this, but my flight leaves at 8:25pm on Sunday. I know if I were taking ME back, they'd have me on a bus at 5-ish. If I'm just grabbing a cab, what time should I leave? Maybe if I take my luggage w/ me, I can leave from the Dole Whip meet... Hmm...

I've only had a Dole Whip once. I made the mistake of getting all pineapple. My tongue started to swell about 1/2 way through it! LOL Next time, I need to cut the pineapple w/ vanilla

Nope. I made it work. I even showed Rob and Jaime how to pump it just right to get the Dole Whip out.

The fact that you arranged this Dole Whip meet is an Honour to Bob. I am sorry that you can not be there. Those of us at the meet will remember Bob. I hope all goes well with your dog. He or She will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Skip, I'm not attending DAP.. but I must say the fact that you organized this event sounds great. I hope your dog's medical issues goes well (I have one and I know how hard it can be when they have medical issues ).

Hey Skip! I'll be looking for you at the other events...as previous posters have said, your planning this meet still is an honour to Bob. Circumstances are out of our control sometimes...your intention is still there.

Thank you all....

Right now, the trainer says Taylor is doing fine and will call me if anything changes. I just want to be prepared, just in case. However, right now, things are good.

So, instead of extending my trip....I will be returning home with my parents on Sunday morning.
