That phrase was mentioned on GMA too. I was doing other stuff, so I didn't fully catch what it's about. But I *think* it might be a song lyric. So don't get too mad at Rashad yet, until we find what that phrase meant.

I seriously think there will voting changes done for next season...honestly, there have been contestants in the past who danced equal or lesser to Rossy and got better scores. The fan vote had to have blown the system out of whack, lol. CUB NATION BABY...IT'S REAL.

Yep, the clip of them dancing in the bullpen made me think of CJ. He'd be pretty good. Carrie Ann would love him.

This show has NEVER been about the best dancer. It's about a combination of things....judges votes AND audience favorites. No reason to complain about it. It is what it is. If people don't like that aspect of the show (audience favorites) then it's the wrong show for them.

I was fine with any of the final 3 winning, for different reasons. Rossi for emotional heart and grit...and clearly the most improved dancer of the season. Rashad for being the perfect combination of heart and dancing skills. Normani was clearly the best dancer...however, she was also a dancer with a lot of professional training BEFORE the show.

Probably. They weren't on Live very long. The GMA segment was much better. It probably won't be up till tomorrow, IF there is a clip of it.

One thing I wanted to mention, the way Tom & also GMA pointed out this morning that Rashad logged the most rehearsal hours, and also mentioned how no sports team he's been on has ever won while he was with them, AND he hasn't been picked up by a team yet, he's creating a dance room in his house, and now he will be touring with DWTS, I have a feeling his sports days may be over, and touring with the show and being a dancer may be his new "career."

When I heard him admit a couple times that no sports team he's been on has ever won a championship while he's been on the team, I thought, NO sports team is going to want him now. I know it happens. There are more players who haven't won a championship. But, no one wants to hear it said out loud and in public.

Boo freaking hoo. I remember hearing that a few weeks ago and thought that was a way of setting himself apart from Rossy who has two WS Rings. "He's won twice and I haven't one anything AT ALL ! Vote for me! I'm the real underdog!"

I think they all must be so tired. Not their best dances. They must be running on 4 hours of sleep.

It's so interesting reading this thread and seeing how everyone interprets things differently. I liked Rashad all season long, but in the beginning I didn't think he'd make it to the finals. I liked David Ross but didn't think he'd be there either. I thought the judges over scored David a lot because they liked him and he was a fan favorite. Ross is definitely a really nice guy, but that doesn't mean he deserved high marks and that Rashad didn't. I think the judges overlooked flaws with both stars, not just one. I think they were harder on Normani than other stars in the competition.
