puppet, I agree with almost everything you say, except I would move Jane up between Mel and Marie. I don't think she's a sore loser, she was just edited that way. I also disagree with the Cameron/Superman dance. I liked it and I thought that he has approached the dances with more of a sense of humor than the others in the group. He's still in the same placement for me as for you, but I think I like him better .

BTW, I also loved Joey last year. It's too bad he was dancing against Mario.

This year's guys arent as entertaining as last years - in my opinion... altho Cameron is really improving!!

One video showed Marie doing a happy hop hop jumping that also had to have been a contributing factor in her not being able to catch her breath, on our radio station they played the "audio" and you could hear her gasping, and then that awful thunk... some speculated that the first thought was she was being silly and fainted on purpose!!

I like her first line when she looked up to see Tom and her kids... "oh crap" it was a bad angle she should've fainted face front!!

Joey Fatone was only {eh}. I LOVED Apollo Ono. He was my favorite from the start!

We don't vote, it's just not our thing at all. And as a dancer, I agree that Mark isn't, um, fantastic. But he has a HUGE fan base. Sports fans of any kind either love him or hate him, and most love him. Absolutely love him. I didn't grow up with the Osmonds, but I venture to guess that "sports fans" is a greater base than their fans. Sorry if that's an incorrect assumption, I claim age on that one! Just my 2 cents, trying to throw in that angle.

He's the only reason we started watching, and neither DH or I like the NBA even -- just sports fans overall - and he's a sports celebrity!


ETA: That being said, when he goes home (not if... ) we'll still watch -- we're hooked!

Jennifer Lopez sounds.....weird. she usually doesn't sing that low....it sounds really strange.

and....don't get me wrong.....i've nothing against J-Lo...but why is it everytime there's some sort of "Latin week" on any of these reality shows it's always J-Lo there? is there no other Latin performers out there?

The other thing that pissed me off is that they kept both Marie and the audience hanging as to whether she was going home or not. All the way to the very last few minutes of the show. She was not in the final two so there was NO REASON for her to stand there the whole show. That was total manipulative BS in my opinion as the couples are called "in no particular order". Let the poor woman sit down early, for Pete's sake!

It's about time!

I think all the obviously bad ones are gone now. Cameron has definitely grown on me so I'd like to see him continue. I just canNOT stand Edyta. I'm so glad Len mentioned that LEG thing she does EVERY DANCE. Enough already, it's getting OLD!!!

Love all of the women!! Jane and Jennie are my favorites. I also love Sabrina and Mel B. Marie is a trooper but I think she needs to sit the rest of the year out for her health. My favorite pro is Julianne. She is a total professional and really knows how to show off her celebrity. My favorite male pro has BECOME Maks, even though I couldn't stand him until this year. I think Mel is a perfect foil for his ego and the two of them are just as vain so they mellow each other out.

I woke up just to see Mark getting the ax, but didn't see who the other couple in the bottom 2 was. I wish they would have the result show on at 8 instead of 9, it sometimes hard to stay awake until 10 to see who goes home!
