Here are pics from some of the dances. I didn't get a ton because I was mesmerized. The show was fantastic!

And here are some more pics from meeting him. He held my hand!! He posed for a pic with me but I cropped myself out for posting. You can still see my eyeball. Lol. The last one is when he jumped down from the stage and got completely mobbed. I'm right behind him with my hand on his sweaty back.

Mine either, but mostly because he won so many seasons. It almost felt rigged/unfair but he just really is that good. I'm a total convert now. He was out of this world in the show and so gracious with the fans afterwards. He also gave the most inspiring speech before the last dance about being kind to yourself and knowing you are enough regardless of whether or not you win a trophy, or get the raise or have a show, etc. There wasn't a dry eye in the house. It was really beautifully put. At one point in the speech he said, "I don't mean to get all churchy but if there is one person in here who needs to hear this tonight then I'm so glad I said it." In my head I was like, "MEEEEE... I needed to hear that!"

He also did a hilarious impression of Bruno earlier in the night and told lots of stories about his life. It was was simply amazing.

I've been craving and reading and listening to websites, blogs, posts & YouTube videos that reaffirm and reiterate positive stuff. I know I certainly need to hear it. I'm consciously turning off negative stuff faster and faster.

A gal seated next to my husband screamed out, "you're amazing Derek!" during his speech. So, I guess I wasn't the only one feeling it.

My husband and hers were apparently giving each other rolled-eyed looks through the whole show while their wives were acting the fools. Lol.

If they need inclusion and diversity in the cast, they can replace Erin with someone else. But, bring back Tom.

What a bonehead move. I wonder if it was something in her contract? That she was to be an executive producer for so many years. And as such, she kept herself on as host?

There is a REASON the show has been losing viewers and had to move off network TV.

I had been really hoping the announcement was that Tom was coming back as host.

Alfonso always acts like he's on steroids, needing to prove something. He doesn't act "real."
