Wow! Just after I posted a page back that i didn't think he'd needs to come back to DWTS. What happened to him being in Singing In The Rain on Broadway? I thought it was set to open in the fall? Now, it's some time in 2017.
It will be good to see him again, although I wish they would stop giving him the best star who can dance.

I actually tend to lean toward the same side as Pine Bros. But it's not a very popular opinion to state out loud. He made a ridiculous alcholhol-fueled mistake. He didn't murder someone. He's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I don't think he's malicious.TMZ Live (today) confirmed that Ryan Lochte will not be extradited, even though Brazil may consider him a fugitive.
He lost all his endorsements. Yet, Pine Bros cough drops signed a deal today with Lochte to endorse their softish cough drops with the slogan, "It's forgiving on your throat."
Harvey Levin, of TMZ, says if Lochte handles this right, that he thinks other sponsors will similarly come back in the same way and that Lochte will recover from this.

Ahh so glad I found this thread! I'm a huge DWTS (been watching for about four seasons) and love talking to people about it. So far the cast of pros sounds awesome (Derek is back!). As always I don't know any of the celebs but, I always love finding out more about them throughout the season. As for people I would love to see, def. Katie Ledecky or maybe like Daisy Ridley/ Adam Driver (that will never happen but a girl can dream

When I posted to say what stars people would like to see on the show, I figured some of them would never be on the show. But, it's still fun to think about and gives us something to chat about as we wait for the leaks & announcements of who will be on this season.
