What I really loved was Sharon & Ozzi's reaction. Ozzi was so overwhelmed, he took a step toward Kelly. He definitely would have rushed to her if it had been all right.

This is my very unscientific and uninformed opinion:
I think the people who very objectively liked Mya as the best dancer, (which she was,) naturally voted for Mya.

Then, like here, there were so many people rooting for Donny & Kelly, that they each took a good portion of the votes. That left not enough Playboy fans left to vote for Joanna.

I agree that Kelly and Donny each have very strong fan base, just for them as a person. Add on top, Kim and Louie's fan bases and that is a lot of votes. And who know what ring the Aaron fans threw their weight behind.

I don't think that on her own, Joanna had enough of a fan base. As for Derek though, I would say he has one of the strongest fan base of the male pros and that helped out Joanna a lot this season. I just don't think many of Aaron's supporters went with her this week.

I will also say, I don't think for those who vote based on favorites, and were behind Derek and Joanna will now get behind D-Mya. I think that fan base is going to either split pretty much evenly between Donny and Kelly or lean more towards Kelly.

Well, I guess I am in the minority, but I am NOT happy with the results. Warning: rant filled post ahead. Stop reading now if not in the mood for ranting.

I can't stand Kelly, haven't been able to since the beginning. I am SO tired of listening to her whine and boo-hoo. I wanted her to go away about 6 weeks ago. Yes, she has improved, that much is clear. Yes, she has pulled herself back up by the bootstraps IRL and oversome her demons, and for that I give her kudos. BUT this is a dancing show, and I will never believe that her dancing skills were anywhere near as good as Joanna's. And she is just so dang ANNOYING!!

For that matter, I think Natalie should have stayed instead of Kelly as well, but that is another rant, for another evening.

I agree with you about Natalie at the time that she was eliminated. We're a swimteam family, so I was rooting for the swimmer .

I was also just about DONE with Kelly and her tears and fears. I think that the judges were being too easy on her at the time and if she continued on that path, I would have been more than willing to give her the boot. But she didn't. Louie got tough and stopping buying into her drama. What a difference! From a strictly personal standpoint I love watching Kelly gain confidence and open up like a flower. I think that she will take the most from the show ... and knowledge that she can be challenged and be successful. The Kelly of 6-weeks ago before Louie's "tough love" would not have had the same outcome.

Well, I'm obviously happy with tonight's results. I had been hoping for an all-female final earlier in the season but Donny wormed his way into my affections. Even if I disagree with the vast majority of his personal beliefs. He was so genuine with his disappointment and anger over the first dance last night, how could you not want to give him another chance?

I think that all three will give very interesting freestyles next week. Mya will have the grace and athleticism in her corner. Donny will have showmanship and chutzpah. And Kelly will have her sweet charm and Louie . I can't wait!

Next week is all about the dancing for me. The couple that "brings it" will get my votes. Any sentimentality goes out the window and I *will* vote against my favorite if I don't think they danced to their potential.

I am right there with you on this one. Kelly has been my fav, since they announced who was going to be on the show. IF she wants my votes, she and Louie had better be on their A++ game and lay it all out.


I had to pause and rewind the Kelly interview last night. Kelly's comment about the "girls" and Louie's reply.....I spit water all over the couch. Between his reply and the look on his face, I just lost it.

DS14, who is down and out with the flu, perked up enough when Melissa came on to comment that it was the hottie with the body from last season....aahhhhhhhhhhhh. I blame his "hottie obsession" all on his dad.

I wish there would have been more to her and Tony's dance.

I'm very pleased with the results. I like all 3 of these dancer for different reasons. I can't wait for next week's show. It should be really fun.

It feels good to have 3 stars that I like in the finals. Regardless of who wins I won't be disappointed. I will be going into the finals unbiased and will be voting for whoever dances the best.

i cant stand to watch mya's reation to the judges comments..its so fake,with that head tilt and eyes batting.. and i see no improvement-she has been good from the get go but if you have been taking dance since you were 5 you should be good!
i also dont think kelly belongs in the finals but she is the most improved and i think she has a shot of winning.
i would love for the DWTS cast do a christmas show like they used to have on tv years ago(SHOWING MY AGE HERE)christmas costumes and music -i think that would be awesome.

While I agree that Donny should be gone, I thought Natalie boring and not growing as a dancer. Instead she relied on her athleticism but didn't really dance. I am over the moon at Kelley's improvement and her maturity. I also LOVE her hairstyles and her outfits. I've never voted but I might next week!

Johanna only made it that far because of Derek's fan base. I doubt many people were voting for her.

I vote for the person who has no dance background and most improved. This is Kelly. Donny has danced most of his life. So has Mya. That is the reason for the show...to see "stars" dance, not dancers dance.

I see where people are coming from with respect to DWTS being a show for "stars" and not "dancers." But, if that was the case, then Shawn Johnson, Kristi Yamaguchi, and Drew Lachey shouldn't have won because they all had plenty of previous dancing experience.

If someone has too much dancing experience going into the show, then they shouldn't be asked to compete.

Also, the judges have shown, time and time again that they grade the dancers on a semi-slotted scale. If Mya is a 10, then Donnie and Kelly should have never scored higher than 8 if you are grading strictly on dancing technicality, execution, etc. I would know, having danced all through high school and can tell you that the judges are being lenient towards Kelly and Donnie on the past two episodes. I'm fine with this because it should be done, but they should definitely say something about it and make it public so that the casual viewer doesn't honestly think that the judge's scores (relative scores between the stars) are indicative of the scores they would receive in an actual dancing competition.

I still love the show and am happy about the final 3. But Mya should not be penalized because she chose to accept an offer to compete on DWTS.

I agree with many of the people who have been saying that Joanna has been riding the Derek fan club. She was nearly eliminated in one of the early weeks, but somehow made it to the final four over Natalie and Mark who are better dancers than her IMO.

Both Joanna and Donny get on my nerves, so I would have been happy to see either one of them go home.

Kelly was so emotionally involved in her dance and put so much into it and Mya seemed to be just dancing.

I think Mya's freestyle was a bit boring. I blame her partner Dmitry on that one. He is the one who wanted to do a dance similar to the play- Hair. She is a hip hop artist and would've of probably had a better routine.
