Dancing With Cinderella

So, I have my DH come in to listen to this. I even play the youtube link, which begins with Chapman talking about being an adoptive daddy (like my DH). And, knowing that DH doesn't really listen to lyrics, I open them up in another window so that he can read them as he listens. He stands here, listens to the entire thing & then says, "Yeah, I have no idea what that was about. I didn't really listen. I"m tired."

Ummmm....ok then....

Looks like I can still do the picture slide show of him & DD with this song in the background for Father's Day b/c he has no idea what the song is!

Has anyone heard "Dancing With Cinderella" by Steven Curtis Chapman? Just heard it this afternoon in the car and OH MY GOODNESS!!! I cried, DH cried---such a sweet song! It fits our DD6 perfectly--all I could think about was her growing up and still saying "Dance with me, Daddy. . ."

Yes, I have heard this song on his new album and it is a beautiful song! Yes, it made me cry as well
I love SCC! We used a couple of his songs in my and DH's wedding back in 1993.
He is such a great musician!
