Hi all. Have been really busy and traveling back and forth to visit my dad. Medically he should have been dead in the beginning of February. He is still alive. Nobody knows how he is still alive.

We HAVE a vehicle!!! A 2002 Ford Explorer, white with tan interior, nice tinted windows, sunroof, 3rd row seating when you need it....

Now I just play the waiting game until I can actually drive it, which is by the end of this month, so not too long. DH found it on Friday, and where he bought it was closer to his parent's house than ours so he got it over there with a borrowed plate (or tag, if your case may be... ). Tomorrow he'll get a temp. plate from the DMV and bring it home.

Then, he's got to do the rear shocks and brakes before getting it inspected, but those are the only things it needs. That and a thorough cleaning inside, which is my department and once it's here in our driveway, I can start picking away at it. Yesterday we were out and I bought seat covers for the front (it has leather which I'm not a fan of, and it's worn in spots), and a Mickey steering-wheel cover!! When I'm in the World in May I'm going to get another "My other car is a Doom-buggy" sticker for the back window.

I've only got one so far (it's still at my IL's house), but here ya go.....
