our first flight was to Denver, the plane was only about half full so we had a row to ourselves. After a 3 hour layover in Denver we boarded for a 4 hour flight to MCO. This plane was full but being southwest we were able to pick our seats. things were good untill we were joined by another traveler.

The guy wasn't huge, but pretty big and quite broad through the shoulders. He also seemed to have forgotten his deodorant that morning. As soon as the plane was up in the air, he began to snore LOUDLY. the poor guy must have sleep apnea because after a few minutes of sawing logs he would snort , look around and then continue with his sawing.

D.Jay just looked at me and we laughed. I think I giggled every time the guy did it. This went on untill about an hour out of Orlando, when he decided to watch a dvd on his laptop. I couldn't realy see the screen but d.jay said it wasn't something you should be watching in public.

BO & stinky feet have to be the worst - its not like you can offer him some a breath mint or something like you would a person with bad breath!

I would have been laughing at the snorting too

OMG! What are people thinkind when they watch stuff like that in public? SHEESH!

Good grief, you just started this thing and it is page 10 already?!! Looks like another fun trip, even without the kids and especially without MIL. That was a long day of traveling, particularly with the wonderful seatmate. You must have had a hard time with exhaustion battling the adrenaline from BEING THERE! I'm looking forward to hearing more.

I'm just not comfortable falling asleep amidst a group of strangers, never mind that we're packed in like a bunch of sardines.

Me either---can't manage to relax enough to sleep when I'm around strangers. I can only get that relaxed in the car with my own family--- and that way if you poof, it's not a big deal!!

I told Cherie he wasn't snoring... He was dieing.. over and over and over again. This is the guy that had so much bad b.o. that I had to breathe through my mouth most of the trip. Then when he took off his shoes about 1/4 way into the flight, the stench was so bad I TASTED it! And then there's Cherie, oblivious to my pain...



I didn't want to know either. BTW... He "poofed" too, 'cept his were competing with the saw noises emitting from the other end...

You def should win an award of some sort for surviving that long with a horrible seatmate!

I'm sure we would have had fun hanging with you all!! We went straight for the standby line instead of getting fastpasses, I think that's where we lost you guys. We didn't want to impose ourselves on you all anyway... but I couldn't resist saying Hi, when we spied ya!
