Dancing around the world~One pole at a time~~~Return of the prodigal trip reporter...

Love the pole dancing pics! I am sure your TR will be just as much fun, can't wait to read the rest!

That sounds like a very LONG two days of travel!

Yikes on the smelly snorer watching inappropriate DVD's!

The important thing is...you've arrived! I can't wait to hear more.

LOVE THE POLE DANCING pix:woohoo:

Jumped over from Jordan's TR cause I love your sense of humor...so glad I did can't wait to hear how the trip was and I have to say that I am so impressed to hear about DJays work/school/work schedule, I don't know how he did it!!!

our first flight was to Denver, the plane was only about half full so we had a row to ourselves.

I was going to say ohhh good travel mojo....

then I read this....

After a 3 hour layover in Denver we boarded for a 4 hour flight to MCO. This plane was full but being southwest we were able to pick our seats. things were good untill we were joined by another traveler.

The guy wasn't huge, but pretty big and quite broad through the shoulders. He also seemed to have forgotten his deodorant that morning.:sad2: As soon as the plane was up in the air, he began to snore LOUDLY. the poor guy must have sleep apnea because after a few minutes of sawing logs he would snort , look around and then continue with his sawing.

D.Jay just looked at me and we laughed. I think I giggled every time the guy did it. This went on untill about an hour out of Orlando, when he decided to watch a dvd on his laptop. I couldn't realy see the screen but d.jay said it wasn't something you should be watching in public.:scared1:

Bad seat mate! I'm always amazed when people tell me someone is watching something :rolleyes1 on a plane. ;)

Whoo hoo you are there!!!:cheer2:

Your new kitchen looks fantastic!

Glad you made it...I'm so excited to hear about your trip!

I'm glad you both got to celebrate after some hectic/stressful times.

2 tears were all you shed when you said goodbye to your young'uns? Good for you! Hee hee.

Ewww on your snoring, smelly, eyebrow-raising-choice-of-movies seatmate for the flight.

Awww...poor kiddos. :( Leaving my son...that is the part that would kill me going on an adult only Disney trip. So we may not do and Adult only trip till he's 16. lol

Maybe it's just me...but I hate to fly and have layovers...seems to defeat the purpose of flying depending on how long the layover is. *shrugs*

Sorry you guys had a rotten seatmate. Takes all kinds to do something boneheaded as he did watching something you really shouldn't watch in public. If it had me beside him and not DH I would have asked him to kindly shut it off and/or asked a flight attendant to request he shut it off. >_<

Oh well. Least you made it to Disney without much hassle. :D

Can't wait to read more. :D

I don't want to even know what he was watching....

That's the main reason I don't fall asleep on flights...that and the drool. Oh and I also seem to poof while sleeping....

Yeah on making it to WDW! Boo on your seat mate.

Travel days always wear me out. I don't sleep either and get to over excited and eventually have to crash.

Great update!! That is too funny about the guy on the airplane. I would have died laughing every time he snorted too. In fact I probably would have laughed so hard I would have snorted myself and woke him up. :lmao:

Hurray for celebrating d.jay's college graduation! I hope he got a button at Disney to wear! :thumbsup2

Oh my goodness!!! Who would have the nerve to watch inappropriate DVDs in public??? :lmao::rotfl::rotfl2:

Guess What I GOT A PIN, I GOT A PIN... I thought maybe all of you would appreciate as everyone at my house looks at me like so what:rotfl2:

that sounds like a very good use of your time! Happy shopping!
sadly, I never made it....I decided to do some cleaning.

Here and accounted for!! popcorn::
ED!!!
I nearly fainted from shock!

I read your trip report that your MIL went on with yall. I don't think I ever commented so I thought I would start here. Great report so far!
Welcome! I'm glad you decided to join in!

:I love a good before and after! Your new kitchen looks fantastic! Was that a princess I spied in one of the cabintets?
Yes, you did spy a princess! I'm putting my small Belle collection there....I have to have disney somewhere in the kitchen!

The title of this thread caught my attention... hehe. Too many trip reports with so much info. How do you all do it?
I think it's a sickness!:thumbsup2

Love the pole dancing pics! I am sure your TR will be just as much fun, can't wait to read the rest!
Welcome!
I'm not always that crazy, so hopefully I can live up to the pole dancing..

I'm always so glad when we get there..even with all the traveling the magical express ride to the resort always seems like the longest part!

I'm glad you stopped by!
I don't know how D.Jay did it either, but he was fueled by Mt. Dew

Bad seat mate! I'm always amazed when people tell me someone is watching something :rolleyes1 on a plane. ;)
it was our first experience with it...I'm just glad he was wearing earphones

Your new kitchen looks fantastic!

Glad you made it...I'm so excited to hear about your trip!
thank you! the back splash tile went up today and I love it !

I'm glad you both got to celebrate after some hectic/stressful times.

Ewww on your snoring, smelly, eyebrow-raising-choice-of-movies seatmate for the flight.
2 tears was good considering the first time I ever left them I bawled for about 6 hours!

*shrugs*
my youngest was 3 the first time I went somewhere without the kids and it was painfull, I tried it again when he was 5 and it wasn't as bad.

I hate lay overs too! I'm always thinking about how much sooner I would be there if I wasn't sitting in the airport.'

That's the main reason I don't fall asleep on flights...that and the drool. Oh and I also seem to poof while sleeping....
:rotfl2: aren't you the one who woke up around the time you poofed?

Travel days always wear me out. I don't sleep either and get to over excited and eventually have to crash.
me too! I'm always envious of people who can sleep on a plane. I'm just not comfortable falling asleep amidst a group of strangers, never mind that we're packed in like a bunch of sardines.

Great update!! That is too funny about the guy on the airplane. I would have died laughing every time he snorted too. In fact I probably would have laughed so hard I would have snorted myself and woke him up. :lmao:
:rotfl: I giggled every time!

Oh my goodness!!! Who would have the nerve to watch inappropriate DVDs in public??? :lmao::rotfl::rotfl2:
maybe it was from the lack of oxygen caused by sleep apnea?

Guess What I GOT A PIN, I GOT A PIN... I thought maybe all of you would appreciate as everyone at my house looks at me like so what:rotfl2:
:banana::banana::banana::banana:
I'm sooo jealous!

 Congrats to D.Jay!!!!! And plane porn? :rotfl:

Please add page number update in title. :flower3:

I did do a table of contents..just for you!:flower3:

Joining in. Feels like crashing a party! I caught your last tr while home with a sick boy - read over 100 pages in one day way more fun than daytime tv!

:lmao:

:thumbsup2 I really enjoyed talking with you while we waited for rope drop!!

I had a great time too, but thought, because we lost you, of going to look for you. I thought we were all going to "hang" for a bit at DHS.

things were good untill we were joined by another traveler.

I told Cherie he wasn't snoring... He was dieing.. over and over and over again. This is the guy that had so much bad b.o. that I had to breathe through my mouth most of the trip. Then when he took off his shoes about 1/4 way into the flight, the stench was so bad I TASTED it! :scared1::scared1: And then there's Cherie, oblivious to my pain...:headache:

I don't want to even know what he was watching....

That's the main reason I don't fall asleep on flights...that and the drool. Oh and I also seem to poof while sleeping....

I didn't want to know either. BTW... He "poofed" too, 'cept his were competing with the saw noises emitting from the other end...:eek:
