Hi, Lisa!! I do Pilates, the elliptical machine and Walk Away the Pounds, and the some strength training on days I don't do Pilates. The best exercise ever discovered is Pilates, IMHO...I saw results within days of starting.

Here is what I ate today:


Breakfast: 1 bowl of cereal w/FF milk and 1/2 of a banana

Lunch: WW Smart Ones Pepperoni Pizza and a salad w/FF dressing

Snack: WW Chocolate Eclair

Dinner: LC Spagetti w/meatballs added 1/2 can green beans


I am really, really trying to have more fruits and veggies. I eat a lot of frozen meals cuz I am doing the eDiets version of Jenny Craig. I am really happy with this diet. I am noticing that I have to drink a lot of water though, to flush out my system. These meals have a lot of sodium. I try to find the meals with the least amount of sodium, but that is still a lot. I am ready for a new day tomorrow...although it is Monday :guilty: . I hope that you all have a wonderful week!!

Yes, you really should incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet! Start small by replacing one of the Slim Fast bars with a banana or something. You can do it!

I found the most awesome Pilates DVD! It is called Pilates Sculpt. It does weights with Pilates. I did it on Friday and my legs are STILL sore (and I work out on the elliptical and do Pilates all the time!) Check it out!

Breakfast: 2 small plums from our plum tree and a Slim Fast Bar Peanut Butter

Snack: 1 cup honeydew melon and string cheese

Lunch: 1/2 cup brown rice w/stir-fry chicken and veggies

Dinner: Chilli and a baked potato and a salad


I walked for an hour this morning with my DH and DD! It was already hot at 8am! :sunny:
I will update later tonight!

Snack: none today

Dinner: went to a birthday party/had one slice pizza and drank lots of water so I would be full...it worked!!

I hope everyone's day went well! Mine did! I am dying to weigh myself, but
TOM is just around the corner, so I will wait until that is over with. Here is what I ate today:


Breakfast: 1 bowl of cereal w/FF milk

Lunch: Turkey sandwich w/FF cheese, lettuce, tomato and mustard & 9 Baked Ruffles and 1 1/2 cups honey dew melon

Snack: HC Ice cream sandwich

Dinner: LC Margharita Pizza and 1 1/2 cups of honey dew melon.

What kind of HC ice cream sandwiches do you get? I :lovestruc the caramel ones, they are SO GOOD!

Lunch: HC Meatloaf dinner

Dinner: "taco" salad~ shredded seasoned chicken, lettuce, pico de gallo sauce and some chopped avocado...no shell. Tempting though.

Dessert: WW Smart Ones Key Lime Pie

I had a really rough day. The house we put a bid in for was given to someone else. I really had my hopes up. I always do that...I get all excited about things, plan, and EXPECT...then I get really disappointed when it falls through. I need to not keep my hopes up about things. Anyways, there are other houses, I am sure we will find one that we will love just as much as that one. Well, I hope everyone has a great evening!!
 
I could not resist weighing myself....I lost 2 more pounds! I got my new 15 pounds clippie! Yea!! I also met my Summer Challenge goal of 25 pounds lost by September 21st! I am sooo excited!

I have not eaten breakfast yet, but I am on my way...looks like cereal again!

I know the frustration on the houses. We went through the same thing over and over (the housing market was nuts here for a couple months). I just had to tell myself that losing that house meant the perfect house for us was still waiting, and that wasn't it!

Hang in there, you'll find the right house eventually!

Lunch: Grilled cheese (made w/2 slice of FF Sharp Cheddar Slices & Wonder Light Wheat Bread and Pam cooking spray) and a salad w/FF dressing

Dinner: ?


We are going to the Idaho Fair tonight. I have planned my food out. I am going to get a Teryaki Chicken Bowl with water. And an ice cream treat to share with my husband. I tried to save plenty of calories for tonight. We are going to be doing a lot of walking, so I am sure that I will at least burn off some of it! Talk to you girls later!

Dinner: 1/2 of a six-ounce steak w/baked potato (plain) and steamed broccoli

Dessert: HC Ice cream sandwich

Good morning!
I need to keep a log of my calories along with what I am eating. I was at first, then I just got lazy about it. I woke up late today, so I had a Lean Cuisine for lunch

Here is what I ate so far:

Breakfast: LC Chicken Parmesan 290 cals, 8g

Snack: HC Ice Cream Sandwich 150 cals, 2g :teeth: (my new fave!!)

Total so far: 440 cals, 10g

I am doing pretty good so far!
