**daisy77's (January) Journal:Gotta Lose this Pregnancy Weight**((Comments Welcome!))

I am bad when it comes to the scale...I weighed myself this morning. There is a really good reason that I did that. I usually weigh myself in the morning, before I have eaten anything. Well, yesterday I weighed myself right smack in the middle of the day. So this morning I thought I would get a more accurate reading of my weight loss. I actually lost 5 pounds instead of 4!! Yea!! :banana: I am soooo excited!

I can't wait to get my "15" WISH banner!
 
Hi! Thanks Karyn, for visiting my journal today!
I have been busy today, so I will make this sorta quick!

Breakfast: 1 container of FF yogurt

Snack: Fruit snacks and apple slices

Lunch: 4 oz grilled chicken breast, salad, roll w/o butter

Dinner: 1 Yukon gold potato w/1 small chili from Wendy's, and a salad w/FF Italian dressing

Snack: ?? Don't know yet! Maybe nothing


I am having a great day! I think that seeing the scale move is the biggest motivator next to the WISH boards! Have a great week everyone!
 
You ARE rockin' girl!!!!!! Great job on the weight loss. For me that darned scale is a motivator for me next to being here!!!!! Darn those things anyway :)

BRAVO on the weight loss and really watching what you are eating. You are doing good!!!!! They will be shocked when you weigh in next!

Hi, everyone! I am having a pretty good day, I hope all of you are too! Here is what I ate so far today:

Breakfast: a bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch

Lunch: LC Fettucine Alfredo w/broccoli

Snack: 1 cup cubed honeydew melon

Dinner: 1 grilled chicken sandwich

Snack: 1 cup low-fat chili


I will keep updating as I go!

Hey January. I just caught back up on your journal. You are doing AWESOME :cheer2: Keep up the good work. I really wish I had your willpower, you are eating so well. I can't believe you are losing so much. thanks for inspiring me and helping me remember that all the hard work is so worth it!
 
Thanks,girls!! Having you read my journal and encouraging me helps sooo much! Tuesdays are my official weigh-in days. I weighed myself on Saturday and had lost 5 pounds, today I weigh the same-no change. That is ok! I am still losing! That is all that counts!

Here is what I have had today so far:


Breakfast: a bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch w/FF milk

I going to walk for an hour, then do the elliptical for 20 minutes tonight at the gym! I am actually excited to workout :confused3 ! Talk to you girlies later!
 
Hello, again!
Today for lunch, Maddie and I went to the mall to visit my DH at his store and went to the food court. I went to a Japanese restaurant and got
Teryaki Chicken and a diet Coke. The nutritional info said it was 575 cals :earseek: and 4.5 grams of fat. That was the only "balanced" healthy thing I could find. So, I will have a very small dinner.I walked the mall continuously for 40 minutes after lunch so I will count that as some exercise...I was sweating! I hate to sweat, especially in public.

I also discovered a great low-cal, low-fat snack! Slim Fast Optima Snacks Cookie Bars in Peanut Butter. I got a box today at Walmart....it tastes so yummy! Like a real cookie, not a diet one.

Here are my meals for the day:

Lunch: Teryaki Chicken and a diet Coke

Snack: Slim Fast Optima Snack bar Peanut Butter cookie

Dinner: 1/2 of a 1/2 chicken burrito from Mexican restaurant. Inside: chicken, rice, beans, tomato, lettuce. This thing is massive. I am going to eat the other half tomorrow for lunch.

You are still doing great! Keep up the good work. You are going to be back in those pre-pregnancy clothes in no time. Good job on eating out. That's always so hard for me.
