Daily things that make you think of"home"

Inspired by a post on the theme park forum.

What things make you think of your home resort that you come across daily.

Yesterday we were at the lake and there is a log house with a green roof that reminds us of the main lodge at Wilderness Lodge. One of these days we will see one with a burgundy roof like the one on the villas.

I can't hear the theme from the "Magnificent Seven" without thinking of VWL!!

We went to a new movie theater yesterday. With its stadium seating and chairs that rock slightly, music was playing as we entered and we commented out it just felt Disney like.

That does look very familiar with the burgundy roof. You wouldnt happen to have a quiet pool somewhere nearby

Last week we saw some folks putting a pantoon in the river. We over heard them talking about heading to the next city to do some shopping on main street. We thought about OKW and the pantoon that takes you to DTD.

A while back I observed an elderly gentleman blowing the dirt off off the street in front of his house. It reminded me of maintance at OKW and how we would see them cleaning the roadways all the time.
