D23 Ticketing Issues & Showclix

Not sure where else to post this - please move if needed.

I am having issues with D23 and am not sure what else to do.

I want to buy D23 event tickets (Destination D, Etc) and cant even though my membership is active on the website as a gold member and I have a member ID.

I bought a membership on Thursday Apr 12 as I know it takes 2-3 business days for the system to get updated to buy your tickets (I did this back in Nov 2016 for Destination D-Amazing Adventures). This week the website updated to show that I was in fact a D23 Gold member and listed my member ID.

The problem is the new showclix system they have transitioned to will not recognize my member ID (for any event – not just DestinationD). I have called 3 days in a row and they keep telling me they will escalate it but no one is actually helping me. I am extremely frustrated.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to reach someone higher up at D23? Has anyone else had this issue? Currently I have an active D23 Gold membership that does not allow me access to purchase tickets any events and I am worried about certain ones selling out.
