D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event 8/9/24-8/11/24 **Tickets on sale 3/26** **Sold Out on 3/29**

Just because I'm curious how weird this is:

I bought Saturday (Honda Center) and Sunday (without) badges separately, and they only sent me the Sunday badge. In the ticketing system, it looks like they haven't processed the Saturday badge yet. (There's no badge ID attached to it.)

It seems like there's something up with the Honda Center side of things, so I'm wondering if that's what's happening.

They will likely release the full schedule a few days before on the day the RSP goes live. I believe last time around we had like a week to make selections and then it was like one week after the rsp window closed that they sent out what you got into.
Last time it was Monday to Friday (8/15-19) for selections, then they extended it to Sunday (21). They waited until a week out to send the confirmations (9/2) - it felt like the whole thing was a giant technical glitch.

(I think more than one of us missed out on all of our picks, and somehow ended up being assigned the Disney Princess Concert on Sunday.)

And it is randomly assigned, not first come, first served?

Is it each person for themselves, or can you try for two seats at a panel?

Last time, you could pick up to a certain number of experiences in different tiers, ranked by preference. One tier was floor experiences, like giveaways - one tier was panels. This was me then - Sunday only:

Then they (supposedly) did a draw of all of the people who picked each thing, and (supposedly) used their preference priority as a factor.

For the record, I got exactly zero of those.

They're supposedly expanding reservation availability this year (gulp), and you'll be able to try for up to eight seats at most experiences.

With the main showcases out of the way, a lot more folk will be on the show floor and secondary.panels. during the day. Or perhaps out of towers will hit the parks?

Or perhaps out of towners will hit the parks?
Currently Friday, Sunday and Monday have no MK reservations. I looked last week and I thought Friday was still open (at least for Inspire). Interestingly, D23 Day (Aug 8) is still open. I guess people are arriving on the 8th and are planning on visiting the parks after the expo.

That’s not necessarily being caused by the expo, that’s when the summer blockouts start lifting on the lower level passes.

Kind of. Maybe. I mean Aug 11 is the first Sunday for Enchant, but not for Believe or Inspire. Aug 12 is the first Monday for Imagine, but not the other three.

When is anything with D23 not a gian technical glitch :rotfl2:

I will have a scooter for this trip. I was planning on using it to get to the convention center. Then leaving it there to bus to the Honda center. Bus back to convention center and scooter back to hotel. Is this safe. It will be after dark when using it to the hotel. Is a better option to use Uber…leave the scooter at the hotel. Any ideas on cost? Staying at the Disneyland hotel.

Omg omg! Disney just sent me an email to buy the items I couldn’t get while buying my tickets. I am thrilled about this, but it says they will ship in 6 weeks. I hope they arrive in time!

6 weeks?! I don't think you'll get them in time. Make sure it's something you'll want to wear outside of this particular event

ETA: I bought the hat and have been happy wearing it all summer while walking my fur baby and other places :-)

I had to reload a few times. And make sure I allowed cookies
It wouldn't let me select on my phone. Then when I tried on laptop it says to join membership. click to select is grayed out for me on the phone. Any time I copy the link to get on my laptop doesn't even take me to presale code.
