D23-SO Many Things Coming!

Maybe I’m crazy but I’m really sad that it’s tough to be a bug will be replaced.
Yeah, how can kids grow in this hardened world without some infance trauma?
🤣

I like it as well, but it had a good run. The number or crying children leaving the theatre early probably sealed its fate.

Very lack luster D23.....A few needed refurbs, a lounge and a few "this might happens".
No new rides, no new shows announced.

I’ve my cliche in hand to help swallow the announcements.

Even a huge grain of salt won’t help me believe what seems to be no more than Disney spit balling ideas to see what sticks.
Josh D'Amaro D23 2022: "We're not daydreaming here. People need to know these projects are very real."
Josh D'Amaro D23 2023: No mention of most of the stuff they talked about last year. It's insulting. Sure, put out a general press release and say whatever, nobody will remember it. But people watching D23 stuff are paying attention. Sure, they're some of the biggest die hard fans and will play along to some degree, but there's a limit to how much gaslighting people will tolerate. At least I hope there is.

At the same time, not much we can do about it. Once I saw that the MK talk was about the "Beyond Thunder Mountain" stuff again, I instantly lost interest. I don't even know what they said.

I wish Josh had announced he found both Bobs hanging out as neighbors on that long lost island that Johnny Depp owned .
And Disney is revoking all their retirement benefits .
He will use those funds to immediately give a 25% increase in salary for castmembers to match the front page announcement yesterday in the Orlando Sentinel that the Orange County Commission Board gave themselves and Govdesantos a pay raise .
And they cut funding drastically for DRCID meaning those potholes on World Drive that have been patched up for the last 3 years since I moved here will get bigger.
And they seem to be able to build more and more overhead Tolls to choke the Disney area on the roads traveled for guests !

Universal has taken the crown. Well, it probably had the crown for awhile now. Disney is just a disgrace of a company anymore and they did it to themselves. Such a shame.
Competition is good but Universal is still far from taking the title for top attended parks.
