D23 & Disney Store online help

Hey DISers,

I have a D23 membership that has annually been a birthday gift from my sister.
Recently, I tried to purchase a D23 item as a part of a Disney store online purchase, but it said I couldn't.

It appears that my Disney Store account does not realize I have a D23 membership. Does anyone know how to get my Disney Store account 'synced' up with my D23 membership so I can purchase D23 products?

Disney Store people have no idea, so that's why I'm asking you intelligent street-savvy folks. (Disney Store people are clueless and D23 people just keep e-mailing me to let me know they are ready to help me with my D23 membership purchase - AARRRRGGGGHHH!!!)

Include your account number and Disney membership ID/sign in name. Describe in detail the issue you are having. They should reply witihn a few days. Always include your membership # in any correspondence re: D23 as it saves time. Good luck!:thumbsup2
 
strangely d23 and disney shopping are run seperatly, and ship items from different locations
it may be just as easy to ask whoever gave you the membership for the registration for the log on
