D+ and Park Hours, How do I find them?

Hi.

Are there only "special" times where D+ subscribers can get into the parks earlier than others?
I remember reading this on here but I don't know where I would find this information.
We will be at Disney October 5-16.

I was there once for D+ day and wasn't sure if it was a monthly, weekly thing.
