Cypress Pointe (Treasure Cay address) questions..

We are looking at this property and have a few questions. We found this property on hotelkingdom.

I have a few questions regarding the ONE bedroom villas. What is the deal with the bathroom situation? Is there really not a door in the bathroom? Does the one bedroom have a washer/dryer? Where is it? I saw the floor plans somwhere, and I can't find the washer/dryer.

We are not time share presentation people. WIll a just say no work for them?

This is for a family of four who presently have a one bathroom house, so that "lack of extra bathrooms" is not an issue with us, but a door is!

The one bedroom unit is a relatively small room containing a king bed, with the soaking tub and bathroom open to the bed area. The Washer/dryer unit is in the 2 bedroom unit next door.

The toilet areas in the bathroom of both the one and two bedroom units at Cypress Pointe do not have a door. Both condos in Grand Villas have a door between the bedroom and the toilet area.

The one bedroom unit at Cypress Pointe is really meant to be a third bedroom for the 2 bedroom units. I would not recommend it for more than two people. It is more like a small hotel room than a condo.

Check out Hotelkingdom.com. Their prices for the two bedroom units are only a few dollars more. I just love their newly remodeled two bedroom units and highly recommend then for your family.

The one bedroom units in CP Grand Villas are larger with a small kitchen, eating area and sofa. They are still essentially one large room with the tub in the middle of the room. The washer/dryer unit is in the outside hallway and they cost a few dollars per load. The two bedroom unit at CPGV is a larger than at CP and also has its own washer/dryer.

I agree, the 1 bedrooms are really meant for 2 people. The 2 bedrooms have 1 normal bathroom (tub, shower, toilet, sink, etc) with a door. It also has a huge master bedroom with a whirlpool, double vanity, shower and toilet. The toilet is behind a wall but does not have a door. The bedroom door locks though for privacy.

The timeshare people are no problem, if you talk to them, just tell them no and they won't bother you.
