Cypress Point Resort, Grand Phase 1, Grand Phase 2 - Which is best?

We have a choice of these 3 and could use some help deciding which one is best for us. Advantages of one over the others? We are looking at a 2 or 3 bedroom.

Phase 1 at GB would be the largest, nicest unit. Location favors CPGV. Phase 2 GB is last in either case.

This is for Cypress Pointe Grande Villas NOT Cypress Pointe Resort. If CPR is an option than it wins on unit & location - #1.
