We are traveling with another family. 8 kids between us ages 4-16. We've always stayed at HIFS (now Nickhotel) and RPR and there was always organized activities for the kids to do by the pool etc. What does CPGV offer for kids?

Not sure when you're going, so I can't say for sure, but we were there the week before Christmas, and there were LOTS of activities! Our "kids" were 19 and 23, so they weren't particularly interested, but I would have been really pleased if I had younger children.

All of the buildings at CPGV surround the two pools, mini golf (nothing fancy), activity building, and playground. They had a long list of activities going on while we were there (games, arts & crafts, mini golf tournament, etc.).

I would ask for a condo facing the pools, etc. You'll be right in the middle of everything. We never had a problem with noise though. Now and then you would hear somebody but hardly ever.

The volcano pool is a short walk away at CPR, and I think they have an arcade over there too. You can, of course, use the facilities at either section of the property.

There is a full activities list each week for all ages but concentrated on the 3-14 group. Some are at the activities center/mini golf/pools located at GPGV, some at the Clubhouse/pool/gameroom at CPR. It's a couple minute walk between them.
