If yo stay at cypress harbour, can you use the grand vista or horizons pools?

I think you can if you are Marriott owner. I don't know about exchangers.

they are far enough part that I am not certain you will want too....

well maybe Horizons.

Horizons does have the pirate ship water park pool which would be great fun for the little ones however, the pools are just as nice at CH as they are at GV so I don't know why you would drive there to use the pool. IMHO.
