I used to be great with CVS'ing and ECB's. I stopped and now I want to get into it again. Any idea what the best bang for my buck would be to get started again? I know i have to spend a bit to get started, but thats ok... What should I start with to get rolling?

I agree, it has been so boring lately and a real hassle to roll forward my ECB's (I have about $50 on each card right now, down from $140ish earlier in the year). It has taken a lot of discipline to not blow them on deals that arent' that great unless I really need the product. Next week looks much better though! Hopefully the trend continues!

They are the same. The name redplum is on the top of the circular and the valassis is on the side near the bottom in small lettering. From what I understand it used to be just valassis and they changed the name to redplum a year or two ago.
