Thanks everyone for the well wishes, I really do appreciate them. I've just been nervous because all the previous medical decisions were made by my parents and this is the first time that I've been in charge of my own health, I really want to avoid surgery if at all possible.

Also wondered if any of you encountered this ROBE issue -

I found several yesterday with the original price marked $9.99 - that according to the cashier, were from LAST year's Mothers Day and NOT on sale. She and i both scanned them separately, and they definitely weren't on sale. She said they'll occasionally 'save' and put out at a later date

I DID find one that was red that scanned $3.49, but it looked like someone had already worn it and stuffed it back in

Anyway, have any of you heard of those mother's day robes? They were definitely a different shade of beige than the others, too.

not robe issues, but I've run across a few items that were 90 off last week and are full price this week... a kitty camera and a few lotion/bodywas sets

Thanks again for posting about the Right Guard deal this week if you had a raincheck. I redeemed mine today with a $1 off coupon and got 2 free deodorants, $1 off my order and $10 in ECBs. Also had a raincheck for BOGOF Palmolive so I got 6 and paid $1.50 total after ECBs.

I have burned most of my ECBs with the printable Huggies coupon and the sale this week. I'll probably lay low until after our Spring Break trip unless there is something just too good to resist.

In other news I went to Emory yesterday.... Not bad news, but not great news.... I'm not in heart failure, but my artificial valve is failing, so I'm looking at a heart cath pretty soon, and possibly going to balloon it to clear the valve opening....It's gotten narrow... If that doesn't work, then it will have to be replaced

Have been out of the loop and just wanted you to know that I am hoping and praying that everything works out and that they can do the least invasive procedure to correct this. You're a inspiration and very fun to read and your enthusiasm is contagious

Ok, I've been reading blogs and this thread and others, and I'm going to take the plunge tomorrow after work! I have a list of stuff we use that is on sale AND that I have coupons for, which will also generate ECBs. I think my out of pocket will be about $10 for my initial investment. I also realized that I can use my HRA health reimbursement card (which my employer puts money on, so it's already "free" money) to purchase qualifying health items that have ECBs, which doesn't cost me anything out of pocket! Wish me luck -- I'll post what happens tomorrow night!

I just wanted to give you a heads up about the HRA reimbursement deal. We have a Flex Spending Acct for medical stuff and they will not reimburse me the full amount if I use ECB's to pay for something. The FSA will only reimburse whatever cash/gift cards I have spent (which is kind of crappy, but what can you do?). Your plan may be different, I just wanted to let you know there may be a snag.

Got a CRT for $1.50 off any Kotex and was able to use it on a pack of 16 pantiliners that were $1.39 so a MM. If your CVS accepts expired coupons there is a Kotex coupon out there for .75 off which would be even better.

Anybody know if the suave deal is still going on? I just got a coupon in the mail for a free suave product and I'm sure I can make that work out well with other coupons but if the ECB thing is still going that would be even better.

The Suave deal ends TODAY 3/14 so run do it quick
