Thank you sweetie! I should have waited for this week to buy CoverGirl, oh well - maybe I'll get more LOL

There might be a decent deal with Revlon since its BOGOF and there are $2 coupons. The sale includes nail, so maybe some free or cheap nail polish. I will have to go check out the prices at my local CVS.

The coke is a good deal. And I really like the Clean & clear contact solution, so I might do that.

Maggie

Thanks Flaky!!!

I did the covergirl this week too, bummer. I'm getting ready for HT's triple coupons so CVS will be taking a back seat this week.

I just got a scanner coupon yesterday that was $7 off $15 on Revlon. So with the BOGO, does it count only the ones that I actually have to "pay for" and not the ones that are "free" to get to $15? Or does it tally all of them together before it takes off the free ones? :confused3

That's a great coupon, it will take off $7 even if you buy two $7.50 items and get one free (actually it will probably take $7 off for any purchase over $15 pre-coupon/sale). A picky cashier might say something.

I got that $7 off $15 Revlon coupon as a CRT. How sweet that there's a BOGOF to go with it.

Nothing too exciting this week. I need paper towels so I guess I will get the Sparkle and I always need Coke so I will do that as well.

I just wanted to know if anyone else got the e mail that has the free item you can chose.

Either the Pamper Yourself 12oz moisturizing Body Wash or the CVS brand Fudge Brownie or Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites 3.21 oz.

I was thinking I will probably get the body wash. Has anyone tried it before?

I always get these cvs e mails, hmm why cant I eve get a disney pin code e mail:confused3

I got the body wash - watch out as the coupon scans for $1.99 and the body wash rings up at $2.49 so they will have to price modify the body wash. It's kind of a knock-off of Suave.

:worship::worship::worship::worship::worship::worship::worship:

I'm soooo sorry I've been so bad about posting.

I have severe mommy brain.:faint:

Tonight I went to Target and the cashier gave me the stink eye :crazy2:the whole time since I used (are you ready for this) $45 in coupons. :teacher:

Oh, it felt good.:rolleyes1

Okay, did I miss the plastic egg sale? was there one? I need plastic eggs to put all all the chocolates and jelly beans in (that I will eat while they're sleeping:eek:) for Easter.

I see there are some Jelly Beans on sale this week. Maybe I'll buy those and some diapers. :cheer2:

Hope you girls are doing well. It is so hard to get back into this! It is so hard to actually leave the house!:upsidedow

Can someone explain what eb is?

How do these great CVS deals work? usually I do not like going there because they seem so pricey. thanks for any info. Maybe I should change my shopping ways.

EB or ECB= extra bucks or extra care bucks

First get yourself a CVS card and register it so you can get coupons from emails and the red scanners. Pick up the store's ad and find the current CVS sales week posted here by Flakypuff. Look for the items for sale that produce ECB's for that week. For example, this week you could buy Crest 3D White Advanced Vivid Toothpaste or Oral-B Advantage toothbrush for $2.99 and get $2 EB's. If you have a mfg. coupon for the toothpaste or the toothbrush, you will save more money when you buy the item. If you can combine a sale price with a CVS coupon with a mfg. coupon, you might actually make money on an item! :thumbsup2 You will then look for other items that week or in weeks to come that you want to spend or better yet "roll" the EB's on.

This is what I did today (some of our stores turn the Sunday ad on Saturdays):

I bought:
2 Huggies Supreme Jumbo packs 2/17.98
2 Oral B toothbrushes 2/5.98
2 Revlon Blush 9.29 (BOGO)
1 CVS paper towels 1.29
2 Gold Bond Ultra Hand Creme trial size 1.98
1 Mpls. Early Sunday newspaper

I used these coupons:
$4 off $20 purchase (expired but still accepted at one of our stores)
BOGO Oral B toothbrushes mfg. coupon=$2.99
2 $3 Huggies IP's
1 $2 Revlon mfg. coupon
1 $1 CVS paper towel coupon from scanner
1 $7 off $15 Revlon purchase from CVS scanner
1 $2 mfg. coupon for Gold Bond hand creme

I used $9 in ECB's I had from previous purchases and $2.34 off a $25 money card I received for transferring an Rx from Target.

I earned $8 in ECB's. $5 for Huggies, $2 for Oral-B, and $1 for the fourth use of my reusable bag.

HTH a little. :goodvibes

I am going for the Depends,Thermacare,Covergirl, oral B,and Always !! Have to check out coupons etc while I am at work tomorrow !!! I have a routine , the consumers help me !!!:lmao: I let them cut up the inserts pages that have NO coupons and they enjoy it !!!:lmao:I get to make my lists and file my coupons and they are entertained !!!;)

CVS' regular prices ARE higher no doubt about it but their sale prices are really competitive and their ECB deals totally make the extra cost moot. The trick as ShiPooOwner said is to make the coupons, sales and ECB work for you.

Today I went to CVS - I didn't do the Sunday ads as they weren't turned on yet - not till about 11 PM tonight at my store.

Working with the 3/21 ad I did buy:

CVS body wash $1.77
Garnier Fructis $3.00 x 2 = $6
Wonka Mix-its Eggs $3.00 x3 = $9.00
Reese's PB Eggs $.50 x 3 = $1.50
-$5 off $20
-$1 off Garnier MFR
-$1 off Garnier MFR
-$2 off Wonka MFR
$2 off Wonka CVS e-mail coupon
-$1.77 CVS bodywash e-mail coupon
-$4 ECB

Total OOP - $1.50 and I got back $4 in ECB. Now, my total above is not $20 but that's because my prices are after sale prices before Sale prices my total was $23.32
