CVS ECB Deals - Sales for Week 8/31-9/6

Thanks everyone! I emailed CVS to get clarification too. I don't think that either store knew about the monthly ECB for it as the books aren't active until tomorrow.

I just found it odd how they both responded.

Has anyone ever used their ECB card doing online purchases? According to the CVS website, until 9/5 when you do so, you get triple ECB's. I tried but it said my card number wasn't valid so I sent the company an email. I was just wondering if anyone had tried and had any success with this.

Just did two transactions:

5.99 covergirl lip (-1.00 coupon)
1.69 cvs handsoap (-2.00 coupon)
2.99 colgate (-1.50 coupon)
4.97 - summer stuff 75% off

Used above coupons plus a 2/10 - used a 5.79ecb and a 3.00ecb paid .59oop and got back 8.00ecbs

2nd transaction:

6.00 suave stuff (used 3.50 in coupons)
2.99 colgate (-1.50 coupon)
1.99 kiss nail glue
1.99 kiss nail glue (it works for the buy 2 get 5ecb's back)
1.69 cvs handsoap (-2.00 coupon)
1.75 summer 75% off

used above coupons plus a 2/10 - paid w/a 5.79ecb and a 1.00ecb paid 1.09oop got back 9ecbs

so pretty much broke even today!

i need to go back and do a run on my husbands card!

They are from today's insert, but not all states got the BOGO Lip product or the $1 off any CoverGirl product. Also, P&G scheduled the insert for today, but some newspapers didn't include it.

Just curious as to how one is able to get multiple sets of 2 internet coupons that are limited to being able to print 2??? I especially see the scenerios on the different blogs showing the use of the $1.50 printable Colgate coupon being used in transactions. Seems like some people have an endless supply of these $1.50 Colgate coupons. I understand that PDF coupons, etc. can be printed as many times as you want such as the 2/10 CVS coupons, etc. Unless you have a houseful of printers - and I only have 1 computer hooked up to a printer - how do you get to print these coupons again and again. Even at work I cannot print these internet coupons because we are networked and it won't work. I tried printing in different browsers but that doesn't work for me either - it says limit has been reached.

Please share any tricks. Thanks.

Sorry my dh is a computer nerd so we have 5 computers hooked to a network in our house and I can print one from each (or the limit from each). Sometimes different websites have the same coupon available to print.

Usually it's because people have access to more than 1 computer/printer. By using friends & family you can get more than 1 set. I have a relative that is also a couponer so we trade back & forth including internet printables. I also have home and work (can get 2 sets at work) so I have at least 3 sets of 2 that I have access to if the deal is worth it.

We have 5 computers with one shared printer on our home network (using a combination of XP and Vista PCs). I can get the limit on each computer and each coupon has a unique code. I think some work networks are set up to share some identifiers that coupons.com and smartsource.com use so that might prevent printing from each computer. There are other work networks that won't allow the coupon software to be installed because it's considered spyware.

Also - the Colgate coupon had about 4 difference sources at one time and you could get 2 from each (on one computer). I think at one point I was able to get 8 coupons from each PC here so that meant 40 coupons. I'm out now (gave many away), and all the links I've tried recently show that I've reached the limit. The people that write about it may still have some left.

Also, sometimes they will reset the limit. I think with the Colgate ones in particular, they reset the limit every month. So, once a month you should be able to print those coupons. I noticed the same thing with the MaltoMeal and pedialax coupons on coupons.com. I printed my limit about 2 weeks ago. I was able to print them again yesterday.
