CVS ECB deals - Sales for Week 6/24-6/30

Thanks Youarehere.........I was beginning to wonder if my CVS was the only one with no sale! I've been wanting to try them, but am hoping for a good deal!

I found mine located in one of those hanging cardboard boxes near the bath and body stuff. I don't think any of the lip stuff is included in the clearance.

This is what I got:

Citrus spice exfoliating shower soap w/cinnamon & patchouli 0.80 oz
Garden tomato complextion soap for oily & troubled skin 0.80 oz
Peppermint shower soap with rich essential oils 0.80 oz
Citrus & Ginger Root body wash 1 oz
Super shiny grapefruit & sugar beet shampoo 1 oz
Super shiny grapefruit & sugar beet conditioner 1 oz
Naturally nourishing Milk & honey body lotion 1 oz

I have two $5.00 ECBs now, and I don't know if I'd have to use them on two separate transactions, or just one, along with the 5/20 coupon and mfr. coupons?

You should be able to use ecb's like cash and alo multiples but some stores dont allow it even after calling CS. Try at your store and see what they tell you is the only way to find out.

Where is everyone finding the Burts Bees? At my CVS it is in the makeup section, and all full priced.

Ours keeps all of the clearanced toiletries and makeup on an endcap in the back near the milk/juice refrigerators. Pretty ratty looking area, things just tossed into a little space. Burts Bees clearanced to 50% off, no sign, just individually green sticker priced 1/2 off -- saw primarily travel-size bar soap. Many years ago I bought some nice BB sets (4-6 items, including lip balm and soap) from drugstore.com and motherearth.com as gifts, and they are nice products.

My CVS tells me that I need to give them the ECB's first.

Just keep your ECB(s) in your wallet with your cash, and once you see the total after CVS and man.coupons, then pull out your ECBs. Ignorance is bliss.

As others have already written, although I try to be prepared & know how much my total will be before I enter the store, often CVS is out of something I'd planned to purchase (or I buy something I hadn't planned to) so knowing the total is extremely difficult. I always make sure that all of my coupons work out before I "move on to the payment stage", where ECBs are part of the payment stage.

Absolutely!

money off Q 1st - 4/20, 3/15, etc

then mfg & cvs q's & crt's

then your payment - ECB's, Gift Card, Cash, etc

The Burts Bees are on clearance in many stores. Prices vary from 50-90% off depending on your store. So 2.50 retail minus whatever the discount is. The thing that stinks is they don't scan on those self scanners so there is no way to tell w/o seeing a sign with the discount or asking DisneyFreq got them for .25 a piece!

At my store they are still 50% off so I am still waiting for them to drop further. I am checking my "clearance" store today as they put everything in 1 spot instead of searching the whole store and there are signs clearly marked as to how much the discount is. I shall report back my findings this afternon.

My Burt's Bees stuff had a sign that said 50% off so I asked the manager and he said it was 90% off and had been for about a week.

Everything was .25 He had to adjust everything because they were ringing at full price but he knew they were 90%. He said something about having to put the clearance price back in the computer.

The 2 CVS's nearest me have the Burts Bees at 50% off. I will patiently wait until they go 90%.
I can vouch for the fact that different CVS have different rules. One CVS told me no printed coupons and that it was a "corporate" decision. Another one ( a mile away from the first) accepted my printed coupons no problem. Guess they didn't get the memo

I hope they are instore but I don't know what I am going to do with all of this sunblock, 2 from Bzzz, getting 2 saturday, 2 sunday and 2 next week. I hope they all have good dates on them.
