CVS ECB Deals - Sales for Week 2/24/08-3/01/08

Thanx, just printed out 5 coupons....

Is the deal on any Preparation H or just the portable? thanx

lisa

Another deal is Preparation H Wipes. The 10 count portable is $3.99 and there is a $3 coupon (print as many as you want) at preparationh.com. This is part of the February deals and give $2 ECB (limit of 5), for a profit of $1 on each. This could be done in one transaction as:

5 Prep H Wipes $19.95
cheap filler (Irish Spring 3-pack or Softsoap $1.79?)
- $4/20
- $15 coupons
(less than $3 oop)

Earn $10 ECBs on Preparation H (and $1 ECB for Irish Spring/Softsoap?)

If you received your Colgate travel kit from sending in receipts, there's a 75 cent Softsoap coupon and a 50 cent Irish Spring 3-pack coupon inside

I just read on another site that the get $5 ECB wyb $10 of Tresemme is working now, even though it's not supposed to start until 3-2-08. The $1.99 trial hairspray is supposedly counting towards the deal and people are using the $2 CVS printable coupon for it without a hitch. So, if you're out shopping tomorrow, try it - you'd still get the hair spray free with the coupon.

There's also a $5 CRT Tresemme coupon wyb $15, so if the deal works, that'd be $15 worth of product for $3 after ECB/printable, and another $5 towards earning $5 more in ECBs (because the limit on the ad for 3-2-08 is 5). Could add 3 more trial hair sprays (free after coupon) if you did 3 separate transactions later.
totally confuse:confused3

Hi y'all! OK, I have a question about the 4/20. If it's the coupon I'm thinking of, I can never get it to print large enough so that I can read it. I'm afraid to try to use it! Would someone please post the link to the 4/20 (and any "tips" on how to get it to print so that it's legible!) Thanks! :flower3:

One question about the Prep H coupon. I printed out a few. My name is on them and a specific number. Is printing this 5 times allowed? I mean, I'm capable, but can the company come back and say I abused this, or it's coupon fraud? Or does the store get in trouble? My Walgreens doesn't accept printed coupons (probably for this reason) so I don't want my CVS to start this nonsense too.

No, on the coupon it says - 1 coupon per purchase so if you purchase 5 you can use 5 of the coupons!

This is a really dumb question but do you really use Prep. H?

If not then you paid cash for a pencil that you may or may not need and you made $2ECBs.

Since you had to drive to another store you burned gas. So how much did you really make?

At $3/gallon for gas. If the store it 10 miles away and you get 30 MPG then you spend $2 in gas. If the store is 5 miles away and you get 30 MPG then you spend $1 in gas, so a net of $1. etc.

So why make the second run?:confused3

Yes, family members do use Prep. H! The other CVS is maybe 2 miles away and also my kids can use the pencil.........

the 1st run i also bought the newspaper and in the 2nd store i only used 2 coupons for the Prep. H not 3

I did another run w/my card......

3.99x4 Preparation H
4.99 Tylenol
.99x3 kleenex tissues

I bought the wrong Tylenol so i did not get back the 2ecb's i'll just keep it
used a 4/20 3.00x4 Prep. H coupons and .50 kleenex coupon

paid w/6ecbs - paid .47 oop and got back 8ecb's - lost 2 by not getting the correct tylenol but all in all made about 5.00 in ecb's today!

Have we ever determined if the Welcome 4/20 coupon can be used if you are not a new ECB shopper? I think I used one one before (maybe twice).

And thanks for the info on the Preperation H coupons.....

Good one, OP. Will try this later in the week, once kiddos go back to school. Right now I'm :laundy:.

Yes, it can be used over and over again up until the expiration date - new shooper or not.

This is not true. You can only use this coupon once. Sure, you can print it out as many times as you want, but that is why there is a security code on the coupon. It is only intended to be used once. I would not want to be caught for coupon fraud so I would definitley not use it more than once.

is the preperation for febuary or this week? I couldn't find it.

revlon coupons or prep H coupons???? I've been lost in the www for an hour now!

Next week's ad shows if you buy $10 worth of Tresemme, you get $5 ECBs.

Apparently the deal is already working.

The $1.99 hairspray counts towards the $10 total.

There is a $2 printable coupon from CVS (that expires today I think) for $2 off any Tresemme.

That coupon can be used on the $1.99 hairspray.
