I'm so confused! I'm reading so many scenarios with $5/$20. Are there any current $/$$ coupons??

I'd like to do the John Frieda deal, but without a $/$$ they will cost $1 each. with a $/$$ it could be free or a MM depending on value.

My store says they didn't get the Christmas book in yet that has the $4/$20.

Some additions have been made to the Thanksgiving sale on iheart.cvs. Not as good as last year, but it is starting to look a little better.

Agreed...starting to look half decent. My tip is to print out any coupons NOW for the sale before print limits are reached. I will be doing that this weekend!

They are listing the sale as a "Black Friday" sale, but will it be available on Thanksgiving day again this year? Has anyone seen an ad scan or is it just the listing?

I asked for the book yesterday and the clerk said i wasn't 'targeted' for it during the transaction (??) - that it will come up on the register if the customer is supposed to get one. Huh??
However, she gave me one anyway. Anyone else hear that?

I guess we must not look like we have the Christmas spirit since we aren't targeted for the Christmas catalog! I think next time I go in I am going to wear my reindeer antler headband.

Yes....something pops up on their screen weather to offer one or not. I would assume since they look pretty expensive to print and they don't want all us "crazies" just taking them for the coupon.....

2 of my stores have them stacked on a table next to the card scanner, so you can just pick it up. "Targeted"??? Thats strange!

My store had the Christmas books just stacked near the register. I picked up two - already used one of the coupons and gave the other to my mother.

i AM SOOOO THANKFUL FOR MY WONDERFUL DIS FRIENDS
I am just in shock right now to be honest. My DH is self-employed. He is
an appraiser. When the market started turning down he got another job..property management. All the calls in the middle of the night...weekends and all the headaches..He was good at keeping the "Big Guys" from being stressed. Basicaly they called him in and said...blah blah economy blah blah...have a nice life goodbye. The silver lining...He will now be able get away from the stress.(of that job anyways)..It is our safty net. Well, was our safety net But, we are with so many others. We will make it..and having great friends like all you guys make it better Boy, I better get working on my deals

Who possibly on earth has a better attitude than this!! You are amazing!

I don't know anything about the process but aren't appraisers in high demand for foreclosures or do the banks all have their own person? I sure hope it works out, I am so sorry!
