Has anyone bought the Cuttlebug for kids? I was thinking about buying it for myself, but do you have to use the Jr plates too?

buy the regular one, you can use the cuttlebug kid dies in it. I don't think you can use the regular cuttlebug dies in the cuddlekid machine though. the cuddlebug kid dies go through the sidekick if you have one of those. maggie

ps: the regular cuttlebug will cut qk dies, sizzix, sizzlets, etc

My DD has the Cuttlekids and it is much smaller than the Cuttlebug. The Cuttlekids dies can be used in the Cuttlebug, but the Cuttlebug dies, embossing folders, etc. can not be used in the Cuttlekids. You do have to use the Cuttlekids plates in the Cuttlekid machine- they are much more narrow.
