Customized Map problems

I have been trying for three days to order my customized maps for our upcoming trip. Each time, I receive a message saying "system error." Has anyone else had a problem? Any suggestions?

If you have Crystal Palace highlighted as a favorite, try removing it and resubmitting. Sounds weird, but it worked for me after 3 days of errors.

send a message thru the "contact us" link telling them about the error and when your vaca is to start and your username for the disney website. I did this and got a response a few days later. As long as you save your custom map info preferences in the system, they'll be able to print them out for you and mail them.

I had the same problem. for a couple of weeks. Found doing it very early in the morning worked.. Also heard others say very late a night, so guessing "system error" is terminology for "Our server can't do more than 5 at a time try again later"

I was having the same issue, so I waited a few days tried again and it went through. My plan was to email them but thankfully I didn't have to. Hope you can get through soon!

I've been trying for a couple of weeks now and having the same issue. I tried removing the Crystal Palace...no luck. I emailed them using the "contact us" feature. Hopefully we'll get our maps

Thank you everyone. It's nice to know that I'm not alone. I'm also grateful for the suggestions. I won't feel like I'm spinning my wheels anymore.
