Customary gratuity for limo/town car driver?

What do you generally tip your driver if you use a town car service going from MCO to one of the Disney resorts????

How about if you take a town car/limo service from your home to your home airport (ie. Logan in Boston)???

Just wondering-we've always tipped about $20-$25 each way and didn't know if it was enough or too much??????

I tip a car service driver 20% regardless of where I'm using the service, unless gratuity is included in the fee. (I believe 15%-20% is customary.)
