custom autograph cover....help!

I am making DS2 an autograph book for our upcoming trip in November. I am wondering if anyone can help me out with a custom cover. He is really into Peter Pan and Captain Hook so something in that theme would be great. I would like for it to say "Mason's Autograph Book 2009" (I am making it 5 x 7)

I made someone else a peter pan cover and would be happy to make one for your son. Send me a pm with this information and your email and I will email it to you. My photobucket is getting pretty full and I don't want to pay for storage.
