If you are looking for an iron on applique rather than a regular applique someone would not only have to design it but sew it as well. I don't know that anyone would do this for free not to mention the postage to mail it to you. As you probably already know on this board money can't exchange hands. Generally DISigners give of their time for free to create the image but they don't produce a concrete item. I was looking for iron on applique myself and found quite a variety on etsy and eBay. Many of these could be personalized with a name or different colors. On etsy particularly there are many Mickey heads. Hopefully you will find something there similar to what you want. Another idea would be to explain what you want to a DISigner and be honest about the fact that you will be turning it into an applique. Then do a search for applique on this forum because I know I saw a tutorial about how to create your own applique (it is not on creative DISigns though so search the whole forum). I don't think though that you could have a DISigner create an image and then you pay someone to sew it. I'm not positive but I don't think that would be considered acceptable.
