Current price per point for sold out BWV????

I've searched a bit and am unable to find out what the current price per point would be for the Boardwalk if purchased through Disney. Please advise. Also, does Disney now charge for closing costs? If so, what would the approximate price be for 50 points? I am looking at a resale for $85.00 per point and am wondering if we would do just as well buying directly through Disney. Thanks for the help!!

not if you are a current member adding on to a current membership.

for "sold out" resorts, DVC may waive closing costs regardless.

I am looking at a resale for $85.00 per point and am wondering if we would do just as well buying directly through Disney.

if you are not a current DVC member, you would have to buy 160 pts if you buy direct.
